FAQ
Frequently asked
Quick answers about ordering, shipping, and clinical care from HRaspirin Inc.
Clinical
Who writes my prescription?
Mypeptide.net is a research only platform designed to connect distributors to customers. All our peptides are tested for quality in the US. Currently, our peptides are designed as research only. You assume all risks associated with research only peptides.
How do I know the right dose?
The Dosing Calculator and Reconstitution Calculator in your library translate that prescription into the exact number of syringe units — they don't recommend a dose. You assume all risks when reconstituting and administering self dosing from Lyophilized products. The calculators are provided for your information. Mypeptide.net does not assume responsibility for miscalculations by individuals for consumption of research only peptides.
Are these research peptides?
YES. Every order on this platform is a pharmacy-compounded prescription from a partnered 503A or 503B facility. We sell 'research only' or 'not for human use' product. All our peptides are tested in FDA facilities as well.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
Pick a product or program from this site and follow the checkout flow. New members are routed to our clinical partner Doc-Rx (doc-rx.com) to complete a short intake. A US-licensed Doc-Rx clinician reviews your profile and — if you qualify — writes the prescription that ships from a partnered pharmacy.
Do I need to see a doctor in person?
No. Care is delivered asynchronously through the Doc-Rx patient portal (doc-rx.com) via secure messaging, with a video consult added when your clinician feels one is needed. Every clinician in the network is US-licensed and credentialed in the state where you receive care.
Is the program HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Clinical care runs on Doc-Rx (doc-rx.com) — our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform with encrypted PHI storage, audit logging, and signed Business Associate Agreements with every vendor that touches patient data. Your medical record never appears on your distributor's storefront.
Where do I talk to my clinician?
In the Doc-Rx patient portal at doc-rx.com. Once your intake is submitted, you'll be matched with an assigned clinician and can message them directly through the portal — that's where your medical record, lab results, and prescription history live. The distributor storefront you bought from doesn't have access to any of that.
Orders & Payments
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Before the clinician reviews your consult, yes — message your care team and we'll update or cancel. Once the pharmacy has compounded and shipped the prescription, changes are no longer possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms follow your distributor's published refund policy and the pharmacy's Rx return rules. Unused membership fees are refunded pro-rata if you cancel within the billing period. Compounded prescriptions, once shipped, are non-returnable under federal pharmacy rules.
Safety & Storage
How should I store my prescription?
Follow the instructions on the vial label and the pharmacy-provided insert. Most lyophilized peptides ship at room temperature and should be refrigerated (2–8 °C / 36–46 °F) after reconstitution. Protect from light and do not freeze unless the label instructs otherwise.
What do I do if I miss a dose?
Message your clinician in the Doc-Rx patient portal (doc-rx.com). Do not double-dose on your own. The right recovery depends on how far into the cycle you are and which protocol you're on — your clinician will give you specific guidance.
When should I stop and call a doctor?
Stop and seek medical help immediately for severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, facial swelling, hives), severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, chest pain, or signs of a stroke. For non-urgent concerns, message your care team in the Doc-Rx patient portal at doc-rx.com.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after the prescription is approved and are delivered within 2–3 business days after that, depending on your location. Tracking is emailed and posted to your portal the moment the pharmacy generates a label. Shipping is dependent upon verification of payments processed.
Are shipments discreet?
Yes. Packages arrive in plain, unmarked outer boxes with no clinical branding, no product name, and no pharmacy identifier on the exterior. The return address is a fulfillment center, not your distributor or your clinician.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the packaging and the product and message your care team within 48 hours of delivery. The pharmacy will evaluate and — when the product is compromised — reship at no additional cost.
