Getting Started
Why do I need to register before browsing?
Because these are research-use-only materials, we ask every visitor to register a basic profile — name, date of birth confirming you are 21+, and your research role — before viewing the catalog or placing an order. It takes under a minute.
What are these products intended for?
All peptides sold here are intended strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Orders & Payments
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel before shipping. Once shipped, you can not cancel. Once you receive the product, if it is damaged, otherwise unusable, or missing, you have 48 hours to send us a picture of the packaging, product, and packing slip. We do not refund based on dissatisfaction from usage. We may offer a replacement.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms and return rules: Unused membership fees are refunded pro-rata if you cancel within the billing period. Compounded products, once shipped, are non-returnable under federal pharmacy rules.
Products & Quality
Are these products third-party tested?
Yes. Each peptide is tested for identity and purity, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for the products we carry. Look for the "View Certificate of Analysis" link on the product page.
How are the peptides supplied?
Most are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, intended to be reconstituted in a laboratory setting according to your own research protocol.
Safety & Storage
How should I store the product?
Follow standard laboratory practice. Most lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for shipping and should be refrigerated (2–8 °C / 36–46 °F) after reconstitution. Protect from light and avoid freeze-thaw cycles unless your protocol requires otherwise.
Who is eligible to purchase?
Purchases are limited to adults 21 or older acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory or research use. By registering and checking out you confirm you meet these requirements.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after the order is approved and are delivered within 2–3 business days after that, depending on your location. Tracking is emailed and posted to your portal the moment the pharmacy generates a label. Shipping is dependent upon verification of payments processed.
Are shipments discreet?
Yes. Packages arrive in plain, unmarked outer boxes with no clinical branding, no product name, and no pharmacy identifier on the exterior. The return address is a fulfillment center, not your distributor.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the packaging and the product and message your care team within 48 hours of delivery. The manufacturer will evaluate and — when the product is compromised — reship at no additional cost.
